Service Specific Terms Core Features for Office 365 Services – Exchange OnlineExchange Online or its successor service will have Core Features capabilities stated in the General Terms:EmailsAn end user will be able to send email messages, receive email messages that originate from within and outside of Customer’s organization, and access the end user’s mailbox.Mobile and Web Browser AccessThrough the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol or a successor protocol or technology, Exchange Online will enable an end user to send and receive emails and update and view calendars from a mobile device that adequately supports such a protocol or technology.
